Hi,

I've recently moved with my family to Paris. We'd decided a while back that we needed a bigger car, but just hadn't found the time to sort something out before our move. After a few weeks of searching local car dealers in Paris, we were not impressed by the lack of service (not made any easier by our limited knowledge of the language) and even less impressed by the prices! But, after this process at least we knew which car we were looking for. Then my wife decided to search the web...

Hey presto! - we found the car that we wanted, with low mileage at a good price (the price was very good in English terms, and a whole lot less than we would have paid in Paris). We contacted Mr Singh by email and followed up with a few telephone conversations. All of the people that we spoke to at Auction Price Cars were very helpful, and everything seemed genuine. But of course we were still worried about buying a car at a distance. So I sent my Dad around (he's still in the UK and used to own a garage) to meet with Mr Singh and check out the car. My Dad is always keen to sort out all the details and I think he gave Mr Singh a real grilling! When I spoke with my Dad after his visit, he told me that the service had been great and the car was just what we were looking for.

So, on that basis, I drove back to the UK with the family for a long weekend.We visited Auction Price Cars on Friday morning, gave the car a look over and a test drive. Mr Singh made sure that the car was in good shape (he even noticed the missing cigarette lighter and gave us a replacement!). We sorted out all of the paperwork, including the part exchange for our old car (for which Mr Singh gave us a good price), and were driving off in our new car within a couple of hours of arriving. We then took our son and friends out in the car for his birthday the following day - a lot more comfortable with the improved transport! And the drive back to Paris was certainly better than when we came.

Hi

My name is C J Macleod from the Isle of Lewis(STORNOWAY) in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland.
I recently bought a Mazda 3 Sport from Auction Price Cars after seeing an advert in Auto Trader.

The car was bought over the phone and the proprietor was very helpful in sending me images of the interior and exterior of the vehicle and communicating regularly via phone and fax. The process was seamless and the whole transaction was completed in a couple of days including the timely delivery to one of the most far flung corners of the UK.

I am very pleased with the car and congratulate the company on every aspect of their service. One I would definitely use again.

Hi Mr Singh,
Thanks for taking care of my rear door yesterday. As discussed, here are a few details which you may like to use on your website.

Norman Morfill is Head of Music at a High School in Loughborough and Sharon is a Learning Support Assistant. Our eldest son Steven (an accountant) had recently purchased a car through Auction Price Cars outlet, and was extremely pleased with the service he had received.

When we arrived at the garage we were both pleased with the friendly and open attitude offered regarding the purchase of a car. Several test drives took place before we settled on a Ford Focus, pictured. A similar car with similar mileage was £2000 more expensive at a Ford dealership. A good price was offered for our Rover 75 as part exchange.

After about two months of owning our car a problem occurred whereby one of the rear doors became completely locked. I approached Mr Singh and the problem was sorted out the following weekend with the assurance that if there were any other problems, contact was only needed to be made. Since owning the car we have both found the staff at Auction Price Cars very approachable, and shall certainly return for further purchases in the future before going else where.

I'm a driving instructor in Leicester.
I came to Auction Price Cars on recommendation of one of my learners.

I was looking for a low mileage car with a small engine.

When I went there the first time, they did not have the car in stock I was looking for, but Mr. Singh and his wife invited me to sit with them to tell them exactly what I wanted (model, mileage, engine size, price etc.) They assured me that they would find the perfect car for me.
After about two weeks they called me to let me know that they found the right car for me. So I placed a special order with them and left a little deposit.

The following week the car was ready for collection. The whole team of Auction Price Cars was very helpful making the modifications for a driving school car.

I'm using the car since over two months now and my learners and me are very happy with it. I've already recommended Auction Price Cars to my friends,colleagues and learners.

My name is Shingara Singh
I'm the manager of Leicester's local radio station "Kohinoor Radio" FM97.3

When I was thinking about buying a new car for myself I wasn't quite sure where to go. So I asked some of my friends for advice.

My friend Gurpal Oppal (a very well known solicitor at Charles Simmons immigration solicitors in Illford) recommended Auction Price Cars. He's recently bought a car from there and was very happy with it.
To be honest, at that time I did not even know they existed and it was quite funny that my friend from London recommended a car dealer from my own town.
So I thought why not try one of our local dealers first before I start looking somewhere else...

I went to their yard one afternoon and was presently surprised.
Auction Price Cars is a small family owned business in which customer service is indeed most important. The owners - Mr. Singh and his wife made me feel welcome and I felt as part of the family right from the beginning.

I was looking for a bigger car like a Mercedes S-Class etc. They did not have it on their fourcourt but I was told they could get me any car I wanted.
After sitting with Mr. Singh for a while, we found exactly what I was looking for.

Mr. Singh had to travel more than 500 miles to get the car for me. And the service did not end with purchasing the car for me, but he and his wife also organized all the paperwork and the tax and the warranty for me, so I did not need to worry about anything.

I received a call from them as soon as the car arrived at the yard, so I could have a first look at it. The Mercedes was just as described. I was promised the car for the following week because they did not want to let the car go before checking it inside out once again and do a full service and a new MOT on it.

Four days later I could collect the car.

I'm driving the car since a few months now and I'm still very satisfied. I've already recommended the Auction Price Cars team to my family, friends and colleagues. I will also come back to them for future services in their garage and when MOT is due.

Well, and from time to time I just drop in to say hello and have a little chat with my new family members...
